Do I need a calendar?
Only if you want Auto mode. Callback-only businesses are fully functional with no Google account connected.
What if two people want the same slot?
We re-check the calendar at booking time. If it was taken, the agent offers the next real openings instead of double-booking.
Will it quote prices?
No. Hard rule: the owner handles pricing. The agent collects the job and a number.
What about emergencies?
Gas, fire, smoke — the agent tells them to leave and call 911 first, then captures an emergency callback and emails you with an EMERGENCY subject.
Are calls recorded?
Yes, and the greeting says so. Recordings and transcripts stay on your shop. You are responsible for consent laws in the states you serve.
